Alibaba Sees Asian Funds Exiting In Q4 Even As Their US Peers UBS O'Connor, Marathon, AssetMark, And Cantor Fitzgerald Double Down

Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ET#NYSE">ET</a>) today announced the pricing of its offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.200% senior notes due 2030, $1.250 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.700% senior notes due 2035 and $1.100 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.200% senior notes due 2055 (together, the "senior notes") at prices to the public of 99.796%, 99.872% and 99.398%, respectively, of their face value.
The sale of the senior notes is expected to settle on March 4, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
