As of January&nbsp;15, 2025, (i) there were no borrowings or letters of credit outstanding under the Former USD Facility, and (ii)&nbsp;letters of credit aggregating approximately £253&nbsp;million originally issued under the Former GBP Facility are deemed issued and outstanding under the GBP Agreement.</p>
