Helmerich &amp; Payne (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/HP#NYSE">HP</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $0.76 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $0.81 by 6.17 percent. The company reported quarterly sales of $694.00 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $695.24 million by 0.18 percent. This is a 5.21 percent increase over sales of $659.61 million the same period last year.
