On Nov. 26, RBC Capital analyst Biraj Borkhataria maintained Exxon Mobil with a Sector Perform and lowered the price target from $120 to $115.
&#8220;I don't care about the near-term on this stock,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/BLK#NYSE">BLK</a>). &#8220;Not everything's going to go up at once, some things are just going to be very solid for when things go down, and you can buy more of, and that's BlackRock.&#8221;
On Dec. 3, the company disclosed a definitive agreement to acquire HPS Investment Partners for around $12 billion.
Cramer recommended to avoid Lumen Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LUMN#NYSE">LUMN</a>). &#8220;It should never have gone up as much as it did, and it's going to come back down. And it's not done going down. It went too high. It's up way too much,&#8221; he added.

On Nov. 22, Wells Fargo analyst Joe Quatrochi initiated coverage on ON Semiconductor with an Overweight rating and announced a price target of $85.

In subsequent periods, we expect to incur additional costs primarily consisting of accelerated amortization of operating lease assets of $10&nbsp;million to $30&nbsp;million, personnel costs of $10&nbsp;million to $40&nbsp;million and other charges of $20&nbsp;million to $40&nbsp;million.
In connection with the planned exit from the refinery business, we recorded liabilities for asset retirement obligations of $264&nbsp;million as of September 30, 2024. We estimate that the Houston refinery's asset retirement obligations are in the range of $160&nbsp;million to $450&nbsp;million.
Segment Structure Changes and Related Goodwill Impairment—Effective January 1, 2023, our Catalloy and polybutene-1 businesses were moved from our APS segment and reintegrated into our O&amp;P-Americas and O&amp;P-EAI segments. As a result of the reallocation of goodwill and the change in both fair value and carrying value among reporting units, we recognized a non-cash goodwill impairment charge of $252&nbsp;million in the first quarter of 2023 in our APS segment.

LyondellBasell Industries Sees Total Amount Of Costs To Incur For Planned Exit From Houston Refinery Business To Range From $610M-$980M

LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LYB#NYSE">LYB</a>) shares are trading lower after the company reported worse-than-expected <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/pressreleases/24/11/g41679038/lyondellbasell-reports-third-quarter-2024-earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">third-quarter results</a>.
LYB reported revenues of $10.332 billion, down 2.8% year over year and missing the consensus of $10.601 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA stood at $1.21 billion (-14.1% Y/Y), and the margin contracted by 154 bps to 11.7%. Adjusted EPS stood at $1.88, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.benzinga.com/earnings" rel="noreferrer noopener">below the consensus of $1.98.</a>
North American polyethylene margins rose due to lower ethane and gas costs, with demand up over 7% year-to-date. High cracker operating rates boosted third-quarter&nbsp;ethylene volumes, while Europe and Asia margins benefited from lower feedstock costs.
LyondellBasell generated $670 million operating cash flow in the third quarter, with 80% cash conversion over 12 months.
The company invested $368 million in capital expenditures, returned $479 million to shareholders, and held $2.6 billion in cash with $7.3 billion in liquidity.
LyondellBasell&#8217;s CEO, Peter Vanacker, announced that the company started construction on its new MoReTec-1 facility in Germany, a key step toward a sustainable future.
Q4 Outlook: LyondellBasell anticipates softer demand in the fourth quarter due to seasonality, with sequentially higher natural gas and ethane feedstock&nbsp;costs likely impacting North American integrated&nbsp;polyolefins margins.
Operating rates are projected at 85% for North American O&amp;P assets, 60% for European O&amp;P, and 75% for I&amp;D assets, with easing interest rates expected to boost durable goods demand in 2025.
