Pampa Energia shares are trading higher after the company reported better-than-expected Q2 EPS results.

<p>Pampa Energia (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PAM#NYSE">PAM</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $1.80 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.95 by 89.47 percent.  The company reported quarterly sales of $500.000 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $518.270 million by 3.53 percent.  This is a 7.76 percent increase over sales of $464.000 million the same period last year.</p>
