Shares of companies within the broader tech sector are trading lower amid overall market weakness following the Fed's rate decision to cut rates by 25 basis points.

ePlus shares are trading lower after the company reported worse-than-expected Q2 financial results.

Fiscal Year Guidance
Fiscal year 2025 net sales are now expected to be similar to fiscal year 2024. The adjusted EBITDA range is now expected to be $195 million to $205 million.&nbsp;ePlus cannot predict with reasonable certainty and without unreasonable effort, the ultimate outcome of unusual gains and losses, the occurrence of matters creating GAAP tax impacts, fluctuations in interest expense or interest income and share-based compensation, and acquisition-related expenses. These items are uncertain, depend on various factors, and could be material to the ePlus' results computed in accordance with GAAP.&nbsp; Accordingly, ePlus is unable to provide a reconciliation of GAAP net earnings to adjusted EBITDA for the full year 2025 forecast.

ePlus Sees FY25 Net Sales Are Now Expected To Be Similar To Fiscal Year 2024; Adjusted EBITDA Range Is Now Expected To Be $195M-$205M

ePlus (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/PLUS#NASDAQ">PLUS</a>) reported quarterly earnings of $1.36 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.39 by 2.16 percent. This is a 2.86 percent decrease over earnings of $1.40 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $515.17 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $576.50 million by 10.64 percent. This is a 12.33 percent decrease over sales of $587.61 million the same period last year.
