"We're going to move them quickly through the environmental process," Trump said, referencing delays that have sometimes lasted more than a decade. 
"I've seen plants in Louisiana where I got it approved in literally a week after they spent 14 and a half years trying to get it done."

On CNBC's &#8220;Mad Money Lightning Round,&#8221; Jim Cramer recommended buying Arista Networks (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ANET#NYSE">ANET</a>). &#8220;That business is <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/quote/ANET/analyst-ratings">smoking hot,&#8221; he added</a>.
On Dec. 17, Morgan Stanley analyst Meta Marshall maintained Arista Networks with an Overweight and raised the price target from $102.5 to $118.
Cramer said Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/UA#NYSE">UA</a>) is a &#8220;great spec.&#8221; However, he recommended being careful.
On Dec. 12, Under Armor reiterated its FY25 guidance.
When asked about Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/TPL#NYSE">TPL</a>), he said, &#8220;We have liked it, but it's now gone up so much. I've got to tell you, I want to hold off.&#8221;
On Nov. 6, Texas Pacific Land posted weaker-than-expected quarterly sales.
Cheniere Energy (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/LNG#NYSE">LNG</a>) is a &#8220;terrific&#8221; stock, Cramer said. "I like the LNG market now that we have President-elect Trump coming in because he's pro LNG.&#8221;
On Oct. 31, Cheniere Energy reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results and raised its FY24 adjusted EBITDA guidance. Cheniere Energy reported quarterly earnings of $3.93 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.87 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $3.763 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.729 billion.
Wells Fargo (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/WFC#NYSE">WFC</a>) is a buy, the &#8220;Mad Money&#8221; host said.
Wells Fargo Bank lowered its prime rate to 7.50% from 7.75%, effective Dec. 19, 2024.
&#8220;These are really good companies, you have to buy them when they're low,&#8221; Cramer said when asked about CSX Corporation (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CSX#NASDAQ">CSX</a>).
CSX will release fourth quarter financial and operating results after the closing bell on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025.
&#8220;You want to hold on to Eaton Corporation plc (NYSE:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/ETN#NYSE">ETN</a>). You know, Eaton is a buy and hold story,&#8221; Cramer said. &#8220;Do not sell, own.&#8221;
On Dec. 9, Citigroup analyst Andrew Kaplowitz maintained Eaton with a Buy and raised the price target from $394 to $440.
