PriceSmart Posts Weak Earnings, Joins Roku And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were slightly lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Friday.

Shares of PriceSmart, Inc. PSMT fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter EPS results.

Pricesmart posted quarterly GAAP EPS of $1.21, missing market estimates of $1.31.

PriceSmart shares fell 3.3% to $90.40  in the pre-market trading session.

  • Mercury General Corporation MCY shares tumbled 30.1% to $42.42 in pre-market trading after declining around 6% on Wednesday.
  • Vinci Partners Investments Ltd VINP shares dipped 15.5% to $8.10 in pre-market trading.
  • Urogen Pharma Ltd URGN fell 7.6% to $10.20 in pre-market trading.
  • ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd ZIM declined 7.4% to $19.16 in pre-market trading.
  • ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc ORIC fell 5.8% to $8.01 in pre-market trading.
  • Natwest Group PLC – ADR NWG fell 5.5% to $9.30 in pre-market trading.
  • Regional Management Corp RM declined 4.8% to $31.20 in pre-market trading. Regional Management will report fourth quarter results on Wednesday, Feb. 5.
  • Roku Inc ROKU fell 2.8% to $80.70 in pre-market trading. Roku shares surged over 6% on Wednesday after the company reported surpassing 90 million streaming households in the first week of January 2025.
