Scott Nations of Nation Indexes suggested on CNBC's "Futures Outlook," that investors should consider a bearish futures trade in the S&P 500 Micro E-mini Futures.
He thinks the tech stocks are going to trade lower after a sharp move higher and he is concerned about problems with China so he expects to see a brief, but sharp pullback in the S&P 500.
Nations wants to sell the September contract at $3,150 and he wants to place a stop loss at $3,215. His target price is at $3,010. He is using the micro contracts because they allow him to set a wider range.
