China Fire & Security Group Inc CFSG agreed to be purchased by Amber Parent Ltd, an affiliate of funds managed by Bain Capital Partners LLC and Amber Mergerco Inc, for $265.5 million. Under the agreement, CFSG will receive $9 per share in cash, representing about 23% premium over the stock's closing price on Friday. CFSG shares jumped 16.78% to $8.56 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect Perry Ellis International Inc PERY to report its Q1 earnings at $0.99 per share on revenue of $277.07 million.
