USA Technologies Inc USAT shares advanced 7.59% to $2.55 in the pre-market session. Analysts at initiated Northland Securities initiated coverage of USAT with an “outperform” rating. Level 3 Communications Inc LVLT shares advanced 4.55% to $2.30 in the pre-market session. LVLT reported that Level 3 Escrow, Inc., its newly formed, indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, has agreed to sell $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 8.125% Senior Notes due 2019 in a private offering. NetApp Inc NTAP climbed 3.42% to $53.50 in the pre-market session. NTAP reported upbeat fourth-quarter results. Sequenom Inc SQNM jumped 1.95% to $7.85 in the pre-market session.
