Shares of IAC IACI gained about 0.35% after the company appointed Mike Sorabella as Chief Executive Officer of Shoebuy.com. Mr. Sorabella served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Shoebuy for six years. Shares of Accenture plc ACN gained about 5.2% as the company will replace Marshall & Ilsley Corp MI in the S&P 500 index, after the closing bell on July 5. Shares of Microsoft Corp MSFT gained about 0.4% as the company is expected to launch a cloud version of Office. Experian PLC EXPGY signed a definitive agreement to buy Medical Present Value Inc for $185 million. Experian projects Medical Present Value to deliver EBIT in excess of $10 million and revenue of $45 million.
