Market Update

Shares of International Game Technology IGT gained about 0.3% after the company appointed Eric A. Berg as its President, effective July 18, 2011. Shares of Signature Bank SBNY dropped about 2.4% after the company announced its plans to sell 4.1 million shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. Shares of Ford Motor Co F fell about 0.1% after the company reported an 11% rise in its June vehicle sales in China. Ford's vehicle sales in China surged to 44,442 units. Sales in the first half of this year climbed 14% y/y to 274,510 in China.
