Shares of Regis Corp RGS fell about 1.2% after the company reported a 1.7% drop in its fiscal fourth-quarter same-store sales. Regis' total revenue for the period ended June 30 increased 0.3% to $592 million. Its' customer visits dropped 2.5% in the quarter. Shares of ING Groep NV ING dropped about 1.3% after the company agreed to sell its car lease division to BMW for €700 million ($1 billion). The deal is likely to add 17 basis points to ING Bank's core Tier 1 ratio and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2011. Shares of SemiLEDs Corp LEDS dipped about 13.7% after the company swung to a FQ3 loss of $5.1 million, or $0.19 per share. SemiLEDs' sales declined to $5.6 million from $9.9 million. On an adjusted basis, SemiLEDs' loss came in at $0.16 per share. Analysts were expecting a loss of $0.06 per share on sales of $6.3 million. Shares of Ixia XXIA dipped about 22.9% after the company lowered its second-quarter projections. Ixia now expects Q2 revenue of $67 to $69 million, down from its previous forecast of $78 to $82 million. Ixia now projects adjusted profit of $0.07 to $0.08 per share, down from its previous forecast of $0.14 to $0.17 per share.
