Zoo. Shares of Prospect Capital Corporation PSEC rose about 2% after the company adopted a plan for the purpose of repurchasing up to $100,000,000 of its common stock. Shares of Baxter International Inc BAX gained about 0.3% after the company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Baxa Corporation. Shares of Yadkin Valley Financial Corporation YAVY rose about 3% after the company's Board of Directors appointed Wm. Mark DeMarcus Chief Operating Officer of the Company and of banking unit Yadkin Valley Bank & Trust.
