Credit Suisse noted, "OCZ results were worse than expectations, but the real incremental concerns are on two fronts. First, cash burn was worse than expected and we now cannot rule out the risk of a further need to tap the capital markets. Second, the PCIe ramp is progressing slower than expected. While the company continues to grow, we lower our EPS estimates to ($0.14)/$0.67 from $0.19/$0.91 for FY13/FY14, cut our PT to $5 (from $8), and change our recommendation to Neutral on account of execution risk."
OCZ Technology Group closed at $5.45 on Tuesday.
