TDCX Rolls Out Offices In The Philippines And Turkey To Meet Growing Demand For Customer Experience Solutions

In an era where everything seems to be instant, customers are looking for a convenient and immediate experience at every touchpoint where they interact with brands.

Outsourced customer experience (CX) has become a go-to service for businesses looking to meet the needs of such customers. The global outsourced customer experience market has grown to become a multibillion-dollar industry, reaching $82.6 billion in 2020, according to Statista.

To meet the growing demand and provide better services, TDCX Inc. TDCX has expanded its reach by opening new offices in the Philippines and Turkey.

TDCX Goes Beyond Borders

TDCX launched its sixth office in the Philippines, so it can provide more services to its clients with end users in North America, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

The company says it’s seen a significant increase in demand for customer experience services after the pandemic and attributes this to its ability to offer state-of-the-art customer services and rapid sales turnover for its clients.

The company has strategically placed its office in Ilolo — a city expected to become an innovation hub in the Philippines by 2030 — so it can deepen its roots in the city’s innovation culture and work with other players in the customer experience space to boost the industry at a global level. TDCX’s expansion in the country is also expected to contribute to jobs growth.

TDCX seems to be making strides to enlarge its presence beyond Asia. The company recently also opened a new campus in Turkey, bringing its total number of offices to 27. The campus solidifies TDCX’s aspiration to offer more languages like Arabic and Turkish in addition to the European languages it currently offers. The new site will also help serve countries in Europe and the Middle East better than before. One of its potential markets is the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Middle East’s largest outsourcing and shared-services market, which is expected to see total revenue reach $6.8 billion by 2023.

TDCX Founder and CEO Laurent Junique describes Turkey as a fast-growing business destination for international companies with a flourishing tech ecosystem, which is no surprise. Last year, the Financial Times published an article calling Turkey "a star of European tech." The country has become the epicenter of tech startups, with about $1.3 billion invested in the first 3 months of 2022. In less than 2 years, Turkey has produced three unicorns: Peak Games, Dream Games, and Getir.

Furthermore, Turkey’s economy has been showing good progress by growing 11% in 2021, the fastest among Group 20 (G20) countries. According to the Turkish government, more than 1,000 active U.S. companies have been operating in Turkey for decades. As this number continues to grow, there could be a significant need for more customer experience services.

TDCX is looking to enter the gaming industry in Turkey, one of the fastest-growing sectors in the country. In the first 6 months of the year, the industry had already attracted more than $300 million in investor capital, putting the country's gaming industry first in Europe. The booming gaming industry could increase demand for TDCX’s customer experience management solutions.

“Turkey’s burgeoning gaming industry is also an area of opportunity for us. Our expertise in serving leading gaming companies, along with our speed and agility in helping our clients establish their customer experience teams, gives us an advantage in supporting the industry’s growth in this region,” Laurent Junique said in a statement.

About The Company

TDCX Inc. TDCX, a customer experience outsourcing company, says it is helping its clients, which include some of the world’s best brands, achieve their customer experience goals by harnessing technology, human intelligence and its global presence.

Since January, it reports signing business deals with 25 new clients, including a regional airline. TDCX says this is triple the number it signed last year, which could be a signal that many companies are looking for outsourced customer experience services. In the second quarter of the year, TDCX’s revenue increased 23.3% from last year to reach $116 million.
