- XP Inc XP shares tumbled 13.1% to $13.82 in pre-market trading after the company reported a drop in Q4 net revenue.
- Stem Inc STEM dropped 11.1% to $8.66 in pre-market after the company reported worse-than-expected Q4 results.
- Natwest Group PLC - ADR NWG declined 8.2% to $6.84 in pre-market trading. NatWest Group Q4 clocked a 42.5% year-over-year total income growth to £3.71 billion.
- Cognex Corporation CGNX shares fell 6.9% to $51.47 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected Q4 results.

- Texas Roadhouse Inc TXRH dropped 6.4% to $98.45 in pre-market trading after the company reported weaker-than-expected Q4 results.
- Lloyds Banking Group PLC LYG fell 5.1% to $2.41 in pre-market trading.
- Moderna Inc MRNA shares dropped 4.2% to $165.11 in pre-market trading after the company released interim Phase 3 safety and immunogenicity results for its mRNA-1010 influenza candidate, which did not achieve non-inferiority for the Influenza B strains.
- Vuzix Corp VUZI fell 4% to $5.00 in pre-market trading.
- Baidu Inc BIDU dropped 4% to $143.05 in pre-market trading. Chinese organizations, from state media to a Shaolin temple, bagged deals with Baidu’s ChatGPT-style project ahead of an expected launch in March.
