Dell, Zscaler, Marvell Technology And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Friday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures traded slightly higher this morning. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Veru Inc. VERU shares dipped 31.2% to $2.60 in pre-market after the FDA declined to grant the company's request for Emergency Use Authorization for sabizabulin.
  • Diversified Healthcare Trust DHC dropped 14.2% to $1.27 in pre-market trading. Diversified Healthcare shares jumped 59% on Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected Q4 sales results.
  • Zscaler, Inc. ZS shares tumbled 11.5% to $118.75 in pre-market trading despite better-than-expected Q2 results. The company also announced a restructuring plan, which includes a 3% workforce reduction.
  • ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. CHPT dropped 10.7% to $10.05 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected Q4 results and issued weak guidance.

  • Marvell Technology, Inc. MRVL shares declined 9.6% to $41.79 in pre-market trading after the company reported mixed Q4 results and issued Q1 EPS guidance below estimates.
  • Hut 8 Mining Corp. HUT fell 7.4% to $1.51 in pre-market trading.
  • Exelixis, Inc. EXEL fell 6.6% to $16.05 in pre-market trading after the company issued an update on Phase 3 CONTACT-03 trial evaluating cabozantinib in combination with atezolizumab in patients with previously treated advanced kidney cancer.
  • MicroStrategy Incorporated MSTR dropped 4.7% to $241.00 in pre-market trading.
  • Dell Technologies Inc. DELL fell 4.4% to $38.41 in pre-market trading. Dell posted better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter. The company also announced the retirement of its CFO Tom Sweet and named Yvonne McGill its new CFO.
  • Coinbase Global, Inc. COIN shares dropped 4.4% to $60.88 in pre-market trading.
