• Viasat, Inc. VSAT shares dipped 19.5% to $34.59 in pre-market trading after the company said that an unexpected event occurred during reflector deployment that may materially impact the performance of the ViaSat-3 Americas satellite.
• Chijet Motor Company, Inc. CJET shares fell 6.3% to $3.27 in pre-market trading after jumping over 36% on Wednesday.
• Hims & Hers Health, Inc. HIMS shares declined 5.3% to $8.21 in pre-market trading.
• MillerKnoll, Inc. MLKN shares declined 5.2% to $15.60 in pre-market trading after the company issued weak forecast for the first quarter.
• ImmunoGen, Inc. IMGN fell 5.1% to $17.77 in pre-market trading.
• SoFi Technologies, Inc. SOFI shares fell 4.9% to $8.75 in pre-market trading.
• TMC the metals company Inc. TMC shares fell 4.6% to $2.30 in pre-market trading after dropping 15% on Wednesday.
