  • trivago N.V. TRVG shares fell 14.2% to $1.15 in pre-market trading after the company posted weaker-than-expected second-quarter results.
  • SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. SEDG tumbled 13.1% to $208.00 in pre-market after the company posted second-quarter results and issued weak third-quarter guidance.
  • TMC the metals company Inc. TMC shares dipped 12.2% to $1.38 in pre-market trading after the company issued corporate update on expected timeline, application costs and production capacity following part II Of the 28th session of the International Seabed Authority.
  • Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. SFM shares declined 11% to $34.05 in pre-market trading after the company posted second-quarter results and announced retirement of CFO Lawrence Molloy.
