Shoe Carnival shares fell 0.02% to $20.44 in the after-hours trading session. Analysts expect G-III Apparel Group GIII to post its Q4 earnings at $0.40 per share on revenue of $360.21 million. G-III Apparel shares dropped 0.01% to $40.11 in after-hours trading. Nasdaq OMX Group NDAQ agreed to acquire eSpeed from BGC Partners BGCP for $750 million in cash. Nasdaq OMX Group shares gained 0.01% to $32.30 in after-hours trading, while BGC Partners shares closed at $3.85 yesterday. Lifeway Foods LWAY swung to fourth-quarter net income of $1.1 million, or $0.07 per share, versus a year-ago net loss of $0.4 million, or $0.02 per share. Lifeway Foods shares declined 0.02% to $13.90 in the after-hours trading session.
