US stock futures are higher this morning, as investors are awaiting the ADP national employment report. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 16 points to 14,599.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 2.90 points to 1,567.20. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 4.25 points to 2,816.75.
US stocks closed higher on Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.61% to 14,662.01, the S&P 500 index surging 0.52% to 1,570.25 and the Nasdaq 100 index gaining 0.48% to 3,254.86.
The MBA purchase applications index will be released at 7:00 a.m. ET, while the ADP national employment report for March will be released at 8:15 a.m. ET. The ISM non-manufacturing index for March will be released at 10:00 a.m. ET, while the EIA report on petroleum inventories will be released at 10:30 a.m. ET.

GIII reported a 62% rise in its fiscal fourth-quarter profit. However, the company issued downbeat profit forecast for the year.
