U.S. stock futures traded mixed this morning on Wednesday. Here are some big stocks recording losses in today’s pre-market trading session.

  • Lithium Americas Corp. LAC shares tumbled 28% to $11.65 in pre-market trading. Lithium Americas reported the completion of the reorganization of Lithium Americas into two independent publicly traded companies.
  • Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. CALM shares dipped 12.4% to $41.60 in pre-market after the company posted weaker-than-expected sales for its first quarter on Tuesday.
  • A10 Networks, Inc. ATEN shares declined 11.7% to $13.39 in pre-market trading after the company reported preliminary results for the third quarter. The company expects revenue to be $56.5 million to $58.5 million.
  • FREYR Battery FREY shares fell 5.9% to $4.31 in pre-market trading.
  • Enovix Corporation ENVX shares fell 5.5% to $9.73 in pre-market trading. Enovix shares fell around 13% on Tuesday after the company announced a strategic realignment of its Fab1 facility and said third quarter production fell short of guidance.
  • Canopy Growth Corporation CGC shares declined 4.9% to $0.65 in pre-market trading after falling more than 7% on Tuesday.
  • Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA FMS shares fell 4.5% to $20.28 in pre-market trading. Fresenius Medical Care recently announced FDA clearance of Versi HD with GuideMe Software.
  • B&G Foods, Inc BGS shares declined 4.5% to $9.05 in pre-market trading. Piper Sandler downgraded B&G Foods from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $14 to $8.
  • Honda Motor Co., Ltd. HMC shares fell 4.2% to $31.32 in pre-market trading.
  • ALX Oncology Holdings Inc. ALXO shares fell 4.1% to $7.20 in pre-market trading. ALX Oncology shares surged 56% on Tuesday after the company released interim Phase 2 data from its ASPEN-06 trial of evorpacept in advanced HER2-positive gastric cancer.
  • Novartis AG NVS shares fell 3.9% to $95.61 in pre-market trading. Novartis announced it completed the spin-off of Sandoz unit.
