• Textainer Group Holdings Limited TGH shares jumped 42.6% to $48.69 in pre-market trading after the company agreed to be acquired by Stonepeak for $7.4 billion.
• Roivant Sciences Ltd. ROIV gained 15.2% to $11.13 in pre-market trading. Roche agreed to acquire Telavant, including rights to novel TL1A-directed antibody (RVT-3101), from Roivant for $7.1 billion.
• Agenus Inc. AGEN shares rose 10.7% to $0.99 in pre-market trading after the company disclosed expanded data from the company's phase 1b study of botensilimab in combination with balstilimab in patients with advanced sarcomas.
• Hut 8 Mining Corp. HUT gained 6.5% to $1.98 in pre-market trading amid a rise in Bitcoin.
• Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. MARA shares rose 5.2% to $8.16 in pre-market trading amid a rise in Bitcoin.
• Riot Platforms, Inc. RIOT shares gained 4.6% to $9.28 in pre-market trading following a spike in Bitcoin.
• CleanSpark, Inc. CLSK rose 4.1% to $4.08 in pre-market trading amid a rise in Bitcoin.
• Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. WBA shares rose 3.7% to $22.04 in pre-market trading.
• Beam Therapeutics Inc. BEAM gained 3.6% to $18.32 in pre-market trading after falling around 4% on Friday.
• Pinterest, Inc. PINS shares rose 3.4% to $26.84 in pre-market trading. Pinterest is expected to release financial results for the third quarter on Oct. 30, 2023.
