Allegiant Travel Company Downgraded To Hold

Allegiant Travel Company ALGT is seeing revenues not keeping pace across its markets at the same rate observed in March and April, according to Dahlman Rose. The trend appears to be more flat than showing an increase. As a result, Dahlman is downgrading ALGT to "hold" from "buy" as the outlook for the rest of 2010 is weaker than expected. ALGT's EPS for 2Q are $0.87 vs $1.17 last year, and the earnings are in line with Dahlman's estimates. Allegiant Travel Company closed yesterday at $43.58.
