V.F. Corporation

  • The Trade: V.F. Corporation VFC Director Richard Carucci acquired a total of 15,000 shares at </em></a> an average price of $16.70. To acquire these shares, it cost around $250,500.
  • What's Happening: On Aug. 6, V.F. reported better-than-expected first-quarter financial results.
  • What V.F. Corporation Does: VF designs, produces, and distributes branded apparel, footwear, and accessories. Its apparel categories are active, outdoor, and work. Its portfolio of about a dozen brands includes Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Altra, and Dickies.

  • What's Happening: On July 31, FAT Brands posted downbeat quarterly results.
