FireEye FEYE reported that it has acquired security firm Mandiant for around $1 billion. FireEye shares jumped 22.68% to $50.46 in the after-hours trading session. Resources Connection RECN reported its FQ2 earnings of $0.18 per share on revenue of $146 million. However, analysts were estimating earnings of $0.15 per share on revenue of $138.5 million. Resources Connection shares surged 5.34% to $15.00 in after-hours trading. Third Point Reinsurance TPRE named Mark Parkin as the Chairman of its Audit Committee. Third Point Reinsurance shares declined 1.46% to close at $18.26 yesterday. Landec LNDC reported downbeat second-quarter revenue. Landec shares tumbled 3.49% to $11.60 in the after-hours trading session.
