MediciNova MNOV dipped 6.69% to $2.51 in the pre-market session after falling 5.28% on Wednesday. CSX CSX dipped 4.21% to $28.00 after the company reported a 5% drop in its fourth-quarter profit. Analysts at Stifel Nicolaus downgraded CSX from Buy to Hold.
