U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Dow Jones falling over 200 points on Monday.

Shares of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. BRDG rose sharply during Monday's session after Apollo Global Management announced that it will acquire the company in a $1.5 billion all-stock transaction.

Bridge Investment Group shares surged 35.2% to $10.71 on Monday.

Sun Communities, Inc. SUI climbed 7.2% to $135.17 after the company announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell 100% of its interests in the Safe Harbor Marinas business to affiliates of Blackstone Infrastructure.
Zeta Global Holdings Corp. ZETA gained 6.8% to $22.14.
Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated RGA rose 6.5% to $201.79 after the company announced a reinsurance transaction with Equitable Holdings.
