USD/CAD Little changed

USD/CAD is trading steady with little change Tuesday morning. There has been a lot of chatter overnight about oil prices and little if any impact on prices has been seen. Trading is range -bound to a little lower. Chatter about Wednesday's FOMC meeting continues non-stop. Some market talk is making the rounds about comments from IMF head Lagarde that the 2013 'taper tantrum' was not a one-time market event and that US rate hikes can still surprise markets. USD/CAD is trading at 1.2776 unchanged on the session.
