July Cotton is trading at 64.93, up 0.01. December Cotton is trading at 65.20, up 0.02. Cotton futures are trading steady Tuesday morning after Monday's decline. Overnight trading has been range-bound and on both sides of unchanged. Market chatter about U.S weather and global demand along with economic conditions has kept both buyers and sellers active. Market chatter about good rains in the U.S and talk that planting will get done eventually has been making the rounds and has led to some selling on rallies.
