S&P 500 Index Futures Trading Lower In Volatile Session

S&P 500 index futures are trading lower by two points at 2104 in Monday's session. The index has found resistance just above its premarket high (2115.75), only reaching 2115.25 and has now breached two lows from last Wednesday (2101.25) and Friday (2102.25). reaching 2100.25. If the decline continues there may be additional support at last weeks low of 2096. The top ten components in the index are mixed with General Electric GE shares which are trading lower by only $0.11 at $27.17 being the biggest loser. Keepin the index afloat is JP Morgan JPM which is trading higher by $0.39 at $66.17.
