Progenics Pharmaceuticals Inc PGNX added 4.17% to $6 in the pre-market session. Salix Pharmaceuticals SLXP and PGNX have signed a worldwide license agreement for RELISTOR. Randgold Resources Limited GOLD moved up 2.28% to $81.78 in the pre-market session. GOLD reported 43% surge in its full-year profit. Genzyme Corporation GENZ soared 1.50% to $74.50 in the pre-market trading. Sanofi-Aventis SNY and GENZ are in the final stages of takeover discussions, sources familiar with the matter said.
