• VeriFone Systems Inc PAY reported better-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter, but issued a weak outlook for the first quarter. VeriFone shares dropped 4.81 percent to $15.65 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts expect Nordson Corporation NDSN to post quarterly earnings at $1.24 per share on revenue of $482.17 million after the closing bell. Nordson shares rose 0.30 percent to $105.25 in after-hours trading.

• Boeing Co. BA lifted its quarterly dividend by 30 percent to $1.42 per share. The company’s board also announced a a new $14 billion share buyback plans. Boeing shares rose 1.49 percent to $159.50 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts are expecting Heico Corp HEI to have earned $0.62 per share on revenue of $372.66 million in the latest quarter. Heico will release earnings after the markets close. Heico shares slipped 0.02 percent to $79.46 in after-hours trading.
• Inovalon Holdings Inc INOV cut its earnings and revenue guidance for full year 2016. Inovalon shares dropped 34.34 percent to $9.75 in the after-hours trading session.
