- Analysts expect Nordstrom, Inc. JWN to post quarterly earnings at $0.27 per share on revenue of $3.35 billion. Nordstrom shares rose 1.36 percent to close at $50.01 on Wednesday.
- Twenty-First Century Fox Inc FOXA reported upbeat earnings for its third quarter, but sales missed estimates. Twenty-First Century Fox shares dropped 3.05 percent to $27.05 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (ADR) TEVA is estimated to report quarterly earnings at $1.03 per share on revenue of $5.69 billion. Teva shares slipped 0.22 percent to $31.29 in after-hours trading.
- Whole Foods Market, Inc. WFM reported in-line earnings for its second quarter and appointed Keith Manbeck as CFO. The company also reported a new stock buyback plan and lifted its quarterly dividend by 29 percent. Whole Foods shares rose 2.65 percent to $37.21 in the after-hours trading session.

- Analysts are expecting Orbital ATK Inc OA to have earned $1.37 per share on revenue of $1.09 billion in the latest quarter. Orbital ATK will release earnings before the markets open. Orbital ATK shares rose 0.01 percent to $98.10 in after-hours trading.
- After the markets close, CA, Inc. CA is projected to post quarterly earnings at $0.49 per share on revenue of $995.52 million. CA shares slipped 0.33 percent to $32.16 in after-hours trading.
- Symantec Corporation SYMC posted in-line earnings for its fourth quarter, but sales missed expectations. The company also raised its FY18 outlook. Symantec shares dropped 7.06 percent to $30.80 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Kohl's Corporation KSS to report quarterly earnings at $0.29 per share on revenue of $3.92 billion before the opening bell. Kohl's shares dropped 0.55 percent to $40.10 in after-hours trading.
- Snap Inc SNAP reported a Q1 loss of $2.31 per share, versus a year-ago loss of $0.14 per share. Its sales for the quarter came in at $149.64 million Daily active users grew to 166 million, up from 122 million in the year-ago period. Snap shares dipped 23.06 percent to $17.68 in the after-hours trading session.
