U.S. stock futures were slightly lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 100 points on Thursday.
Shares of Electronic Arts Inc. EA fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company reported preliminary third-quarter results, including a slowdown in the Global Football franchise.
EA said it previously anticipated mid-single-digit growth in live services net bookings, but now projects a mid-single-digit decline largely due to a slowdown in Global Football.
Electronic Arts shares tumbled 14.3% to $121.99 in the pre-market trading session.

- Sangoma Technologies Corporation SANG declined 10.5% to $7.00 in pre-market trading. Sangoma Technologies said it expects to release its second quarter fiscal year 2025 results after markets close on Wednesday Feb. 5, 2025.
- Blend Labs, Inc. BLND fell 7.4% to $3.50 in pre-market trading.
- Plexus Corp. PLXS declined 6.7% to $159.00 in pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter sales results and issued second-quarter revenue guidance below estimates.
