Northrop Grumman Posts Downbeat Results, Joins Halliburton And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 300 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Northrop Grumman Corporation NOC shares fell sharply in today’s pre-market trading after the company reported worse-than-expected first-quarter EPS and revenues. The company also lowered its FY25 EPS guidance.

Northrop Grumman reported quarterly earnings of $6.06 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $6.26 per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $9.468 billion which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $9.936 billion.

Northrop Grumman shares tumbled 8.5% to $485.99 in the pre-market trading session.

  • National Energy Services Reunited Corp. NESR dipped 6.9% to $5.60 in pre-market trading.
  • Celcuity Inc. CELC declined 6.1% to $9.81 in pre-market trading.
  • SITE Centers Corp. SITC shares fell 5.7% to $11.01 in pre-market trading.
  • Halliburton Company HAL declined 5.7% to $20.67 in pre-market trading following first-quarter results.
  • Five Point Holdings, LLC FPH declined 5.3% to $4.61 in pre-market trading. Five Point Holdings will hold a conference call to discuss its first quarter financial results on Thursday, April 24.
