US Stock Futures Up, Ahead of The G-7 Meet

US stock futures are higher this morning as the finance chiefs of the Group of Seven are scheduled to meet and investors are speculating that central banks will continue the stimulus measures.Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 33 points to 15,059.00 and S&P 500 index futures rose 1.80 points to 1,626.40. Nasdaq 100 futures gained 5 points to 2,965.25. US Stock Futures dropped on Thursday. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 10 points to 15,052.00 and S&P 500 index futures dropped 1.60 points to 1,627.1. Nasdaq 100 futures declined 3.75 points to 2,958.00. Data on U.S. Treasury monthly budget will be released at 2:00 p.m. ET. Wall Street expects Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. BECN to post its Q2 earnings at $0.00 per share on revenue of $417.79 million. The shares closed at $38 per share yesterday. ArcelorMittal MT reported a quarterly loss of $345 million in the released earnings report. The stocks closed at $12.76 yesterday. LMI Aerospace Inc. LMIA is projected to post its Q1 earnings at $0.33 per share on revenue of $ 108.20 million. The share prices for the company closed at $22.14 yesterday. European markets were higher today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index is up 00.40%, London's FTSE 100 Index rose 0.39%, French CAC 40 Index gained 0.68% and German DAX 30 index climbed 0.56%. Asian markets ended higher, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average rising 2.93%, China's Shanghai Composite climbing 0.62% and Australia's S&P/ASX 200 rose 0.20%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng climbed 0.47% and India's Sensex gained 0.66%.
