A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts

Pre-open movers US stock futures are lower this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 199 points to 11,009.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 24.20 points to 1,145.10. Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 35.75 points to 2,129.00. A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were mixed today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index fell 0.57%, London's FTSE 100 Index moved up 0.77%, French CAC 40 index fell 0.06% and German DAX 30 index gained 0.34%. Asian markets ended mostly lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average dropping 2.2072%, Australia's S&P/ASX 200 moving down 1.5032% and China's Shanghai Composite dropping 0.33%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index rose 0.4797% and India's Sensex gained 0.88%.
