Shares of The Gap, Inc. GPS jumped in pre-market trading after the company reported better-than-expected financial results for the third quarter on Thursday.

The Gap reported earnings of 59 cents per share, exceeding the analyst consensus estimate of 18 cents. Quarterly sales of $3.767 billion beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.610 billion, a 7% decrease from sales of $4.039 billion in the same period of 2022, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Gap shares rose 17.1% to $16.01 in pre-market.

  • ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. CHPT shares fell 24.3% to $2.37 in pre-market trading after the company reported preliminary results and announced a management transition. The company appointed Rick Wilmer, who has been COO since July 2022, as its new president and CEO, effective Nov. 16.
  • Alpha Technology Group Limited ATGL shares fell 17.2% to $24.69 in pre-market trading after jumping 136% on Thursday.
  • KORE Group Holdings, Inc. KORE fell 12.2% to $0.6140 in pre-market after jumping over 58% on Thursday. KORE Group disclosed completion of its previously announced transactions to refinance its approximately $300m term loan.
  • PaxMedica, Inc. PXMD shares fell 12.4% to $1.77 in pre-market trading after dipping over 16% on Thursday. PaxMedica announced a comprehensive business update along with its financial results for the third quarter.

  • Safety Shot, Inc. SHOT shares fell 10.3% to $2.62 in pre-market trading after jumping 28% on Thursday. Safety Shot said due to spin-off of SRM Entertainment, Limited, the company expects that revenue will decrease from $1,035,762 to about $808,778.
