Worthington Enterprises Posts Downbeat Results, Joins Taysha Gene Therapies, General Mills And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Nasdaq futures gaining around 0.2% on Wednesday.

Shares of Worthington Enterprises, Inc. WOR fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company posted downbeat quarterly results.

Worthington Industries posted adjusted earnings of 74 cents per share, missing analysts' estimates of 94 cents per share. The company posted quarterly sales of $318.801 million versus estimates of $359.390 million, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Worthington shares dipped 7.5% to $46.38 in pre-market trading.

• Taysha Gene Therapies, Inc. TSHA shares tumbled 14% to $2.12 in pre-market trading after the company reported a proposed public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants.
• Aptiv PLC APTV fell 6.6% to $68.49 in pre-market trading. Piper Sandler analyst Alexander Potter downgraded Aptiv from Neutral to Underweight and lowered the price target from $78 to $63.
• Qudian Inc. QD shares fell 5.9% to $1.90 in pre-market trading.
• Wave Life Sciences Ltd. WVE shares declined 5.8% to $4.49 in pre-market trading after falling over 8% on Tuesday. The company announced results from its Phase 1b/2a SELECT-HD clinical trial of WVE-003.
• General Mills, Inc. GIS shares slipped 4.5% to $64.24 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
• Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. LRMR shares fell 3.8% to $6.77 in pre-market trading. JP Morgan analyst Ranjan Sharma downgraded Sea from Overweight to Neutral and lowered the price target from $84 to $78.
• Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. DJT fell 3.7% to $35.00 in pre-market trading after gaining over 8% on Tuesday.
