Shares of Xperi Inc. XPER rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced that it entered into an agreement with Amazon.com services for the sale of nearly all assets and some liabilities for $80 million.

Xperi shares jumped 11.6% to $8.43 in pre-market trading.

• ALT5 Sigma Corporation ALTS shares rose 28.7% to $2.92 in pre-market trading after surging 25% on Friday. ALT5 Sigma, last week, reported a year-over-year increase in July revenue results.
• Cingulate Inc. CING gained 27.2% to $22.52 in pre-market trading. Cingulate shares jumped over 268% on Friday after the company on Thursday was granted European patent No. 3261625 for CTx-1301, its lead asset for the treatment of ADHD.
• Virax Biolabs Group Limited VRAX gained 19.3% to $2.54 in pre-market trading after climbing 53% on Friday.
• Biofrontera Inc. BFRI gained 19.1% to $1.62 in pre-market trading after gaining 16% on Friday.
• Able View Global Inc. ABLV gained 16.1% to $1.80 in pre-market trading after gaining over 5% on Friday.
• fuboTV Inc. FUBO rose 8.5% to $1.66 in pre-market trading. A federal judge has halted a joint venture by media giants Walt Disney Co. DIS, Fox Corp. FOXA, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. WBD to consolidate their sports licensing rights into a new streaming service. The decision came after a lawsuit filed by competitor Fubotv, alleging antitrust concerns.

• Safe and Green Development Corporation SGD shares fell 25.2% to $0.2152 in pre-market trading. The company, last week, announced the expansion of its joint venture in Edinburg, Texas with the acquisition of 22 additional single-family lots.
• Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. NVOS shares declined 18.3% to $0.3072 in pre-market trading after dipping over 25% on Friday.
• Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. ZCAR declined 16.4% to $0.1488 in pre-market trading. Shares of Zoomcar jumped 60% on Friday after the company reported first-quarter results.
• YXT.COM GROUP HOLDING LIMITED YXT shares fell 15.5% to $8.47 in pre-market trading after declining around 9% on Friday.
• Mereo BioPharma Group plc – ADR MREO fell 14.8% to $0.5609 in today's pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Friday. Mereo BioPharma Group, last week, reported a quarterly loss of 2 cents per share.
• Digital Ally Inc DGLY shares dipped 14.3% to $1.26 in pre-market trading after the company reported a loss for the second quarter.
