Shares of Xperi Inc. XPER rose sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company announced that it entered into an agreement with Amazon.com services for the sale of nearly all assets and some liabilities for $80 million.

Xperi shares jumped 11.6% to $8.43 in pre-market trading.

  • fuboTV Inc. FUBO rose 8.5% to $1.66 in pre-market trading. A federal judge has halted a joint venture by media giants Walt Disney Co. DIS, Fox Corp. FOXA, and Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. WBD to consolidate their sports licensing rights into a new streaming service. The decision came after a lawsuit filed by competitor Fubotv, alleging antitrust concerns.

  • Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. ZCAR declined 16.4% to $0.1488 in pre-market trading. Shares of Zoomcar jumped 60% on Friday after the company reported first-quarter results.
  • YXT.COM GROUP HOLDING LIMITED YXT shares fell 15.5% to $8.47 in pre-market trading after declining around 9% on Friday.
  • Mereo BioPharma Group plc – ADR MREO fell 14.8% to $0.5609 in today's pre-market trading after gaining 6% on Friday. Mereo BioPharma Group, last week, reported a quarterly loss of 2 cents per share.
