A Peek Into The Market Before The Trading Starts

Pre-open movers US stock futures are lower this morning. Futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped 216 points to 10,733.00 and S&P 500 index futures fell 23.50 points to 1,128.80. Nasdaq 100 futures dropped 36.25 points to 2,128.00. A Peek Into Global Markets European markets were lower today. The STOXX Europe 600 Index fell 3%, London's FTSE 100 Index moved down 2.31%, French CAC 40 index fell 4.86% and German DAX 30 index dropped 3.39%. Asian markets ended lower, with Japan's Nikkei Stock Average dropping 2.2775%, Australia's S&P/ASX 200 moving down 3.5606%. Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index fell 4.2085% and India's Sensex dipped 2.17%. Broker Recommendation Analysts at Auriga upgraded Myriad Genetics Inc MYGN from “hold” to “buy.” The target price for Myriad Genetics has been raised from $21 to $24.
