• Nano-X Imaging Ltd. NNOX gained 25.8% to $7.69 in pre-market.
• IVERIC bio, Inc. ISEE shares rose 18.1% to $38.82 in pre-market trading after Astellas entered into definitive agreement to acquire the company for $40 per share in cash.
• Ascendis Pharma A/S ASND climbed 17.3% to $82.06 in pre-market trading after the US FDA issued a Complete Response Letter for TransCon PTH in Hypoparathyroidism.
• Lanvin Group Holdings Limited LANV gained 13.2% to $5.80 in pre-market trading.
• JX Luxventure Limited JXJT shares rose 10.8% to $6.59 in pre-market trading. JX Luxventure recently received Nasdaq delisting notice for failing to maintain a $1.00 share price and requested and granted a hearing scheduled for May 25, 2023.
• TG Therapeutics, Inc. TGTX gained 8.8% to $27.03 in pre-market trading.
