Stellantis, PG&E And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Monday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 0.1% on Monday.

Shares of Stellantis N.V. STLA fell sharply in today's pre-market trading.

Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares resigned abruptly amid faltering U.S. sales and looming trade pressures, ending his tenure at one of the world's largest automakers as it grapples with industry-wide challenges.

Stellantis shares dipped 8.4% to $12.09 in the pre-market trading session.

  • PG&E Corporation PCG declined 5.1% to $20.52 in pre-market trading after the company announced it launched a $1.2 billion common and preferred stock offering.
  • Guardian Pharmacy Services, Inc. GRDN shares tumbled 3.2% to $24.14 in pre-market trading.
  • Forward Air Corporation FWRD fell 3.1% to $35.55 in pre-market trading.
