Harmonic Issues Weak Guidance, Joins Fluence Energy, Amkor Technology And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Tuesday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Nasdaq futures falling around 100 points on Tuesday.

Shares of Harmonic Inc. HLIT fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company issued first-quarter earnings and revenue guidance below estimates.

The company said it sees first-quarter adjusted earnings of 2 cents to 8 cents per share, versus estimates of 14 cents per share. The company expects revenue of $120 million to $135 million versus projections of $154.76 million.

Harmonic shares dipped 25.6% to $8.27 in the pre-market trading session.
